A simple and straightforward application that can increase the traffic on your website or personal blog by generating page hits and visits
Websites and blogs thrive on popularity and especially on the accumulated number of page views, which give them exposure and help them reach even more visitors.
But it takes time to get to a respectable amount of traffic and be taken seriously, or at the very least you should have some decent search engine optimization skills in your repertoire to achieve a sudden popularity influx.
Choose the website and press the “Start” button
“Simple” is the word that best describes the overall process and the application itself, since all you have to do is enter the website address of your personal blog and give the start command. You can also choose exactly how many hits should Website Auto Traffic Generator create, in case you need a specific number for your purposes.
To better simulate real page views, you can set up a time interval between each hit to make it look less like they are generated automatically by a machine. The interval is expressed in milliseconds and it can be as long as you wish.
Stop the process at any time
If you change your mind while Website Auto Traffic Generator is running, you can interrupt the process at any time by using the dedicated button. The application displays the total number of hits accumulated until that point and it can resume from there once you decide to restart it.
Since it does not require an installation to run and it does not make any entry registry entries, Website Auto Traffic Generator can be used as a portable application and you can run it from any type of removable device, including external hard disks and USB flash drives.
Closing arguments
Although it may not offer too many features or customization options, Website Auto Traffic Generator is a handy utility that can lend you a helping hand when you are in need of a bit of traffic on your personal website.

This automated tool advertises it will boost traffic to your Web sites, but it spends more time generating traffic to one particular site. Web Traffic Generator's plain interface makes it easy to configure some program options. Sites to check and proxy sites are saved in a pair of easily editable text files. A brief Readme text file provides the only user guidance for the program, but it didn't offer any troubleshooting help and the English was truly awful.
Open the app to to enter the number of visits, the interval between visits, and if you'd like to see pages displayed. The program's default sites to check file includes a few sites from the well-known Yahoo and MSN to an unfamiliar site we won't name in this review. Changing the list didn't change the fact the application directed traffic to the unfamiliar site more often than sites listed. Testers concluded the app masks the fact that every installation will direct traffic to that unfamiliar site.
All we found useful with this app was a link to download the Alexa toolbar, but that doesn't justify the steep asking price for this ineffective tool. There's a note that the registered program offers additional benefits, but doesn't elaborate. Frankly, this application seems designed to lure users to directing traffic to the unfamiliar site. We can't recommend it to any user for any reason.
